Mediation
I am a qualified mediator and a member of Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand. I am also a Family Dispute Resolution Mediator. I believe that mediation is an important process that enables people to make their own decisions which are best suited to them and their families. Mediation can assist with avoiding the emotional and financial cost associated with family litigation. I consider it a privilege to be able to assist families in reaching their own solutions.
I do a variety of mediation work including, Family Dispute Resolution, resolving care arrangements, dividing relationship property. I work with parties directly, and I also work with parties and their lawyers as part of ongoing negotiations.
